Sometimes things happen a little quickly. Have you ordered an item but then changed your mind? If so, you can exercise your legal right to cancel the purchase. It is valid for 14 days, in accordance with the law, for all online purchases of goods. See the terms and conditions below. NOTE: This applies only to new purchases. To cancel your order: Enter your name, order number, and email address below. You will receive a confirmation email. If the order has not yet been shipped, it will simply be canceled and a credit will be issued immediately. If you have already received the order, we will arrange a return label, and a credit will be issued once we receive the return.
Terms and Conditions:
- The item is new and in its original packaging.
- If you change your mind about your purchase and return an item to us, we will refund the purchase price as soon as we receive the return, minus a shipping fee of 79 kr.
- You will receive a shipping label via email that you can use to return the item.
- If we haven’t shipped any items yet, the order will simply be canceled and the full purchase amount will be refunded.
