In general

Shipping fee 7 EUR. .

    • All prices in the online shop are inclusive of VAT.
    • All goods remain the property of Ratio Coffee Nordic until full payment is received.
    • All fraud attempts are always reported to the police. Our shop reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
    • We reserve the right for any printing errors on the website.

Payment methods

You choose the payment method after we receive your order.

1.Card payment with VISA or MasterCard

You can always feel safe when you pay by card with us. We work with Klarna and DIBS Payment Services, which are the Nordic region’s leading providers of payment services via the Internet and certified in accordance with the card industry’s security requirements PCO-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). When you pay by card, you are sent to a secure page via SSL certificate, where you can safely enter your card information and make the payment. Once the payment is approved, you will be returned to the Ratio Coffee website where you will receive a confirmation that the purchase has been completed.

2. Invoice, payment 30-60 days with Klarna.

When you choose to pay by invoice, we offer you the option to pay 30 or 60 days from the date we ship the goods or the receipt for delivery, or from the available date of the services or digital materials. We assign our claim for payment for your purchase to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you a payment instruction where you should pay directly to Klarna. If you have previously chosen to join Klarna’s Monthly Invoice aggregation service, the invoice will instead be included in your monthly invoice. This means that all invoice purchases you make during a certain period are collected on a collective invoice, instead of being sent as separate invoices per purchase. The credit period on each individual invoice included in the collective invoice varies between 14-45 days, depending on when in the aggregation cycle the purchase was made and the goods/services are delivered/shipped. All invoice purchases activated before the cut-off date are collected on one monthly invoice. Invoice purchases activated after the cut-off date end up on the next monthly invoice.

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer the possibility to split your payment between 3 and 48 months. Please read Klarna’s full terms and conditions here.

Deliveries

We send all our packages with DHL or DB Schenker, which delivers the shipment to your nearest agent. Normal delivery time from our warehouse is 4-5 business days.

Uncollected parcels

We charge 300 SEK for goods that are not collected. If you cancel the order when the package has already been sent from us, you must collect it and return it to us, otherwise the package will be registered as not received and automatically charged.

Transport damage

All packages that leave us are insured. If the package and/or its contents are damaged when you receive it, it must be reported immediately on the spot. If you have opened the package and discover that something is damaged, please take a picture showing the damage and attach it in an email to: info@lindenbaum.se.

When you return parcels to us, you bear the transport risk yourself. If the item is damaged, send it back to us and we will send you a new product. We bear the shipping costs for damaged packages.

Right of withdrawal

The customer always has a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the law for all purchase agreements of goods made via the web and other sales outside the fixed place of sale. Ratio Coffee Nordic always offers a full 90-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal only applies if the goods and the original packaging are undamaged, but in accordance with the law, the customer always has the right to handle the goods in the manner necessary to discover the properties and function.

If you change your mind and return a product to us, we will refund the purchase price but we are entitled to deduct any loss of value caused by unnecessary use of the product to test its characteristics and functioning. Loss of value is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The withdrawal period starts from the day the customer receives the goods.

You, the customer, are responsible for the risk of return shipment: this risk includes, among other things, if the product is damaged or lost during transportation.
